Compliance program reviews and pre-audit support:  We assist clients in the development of legal and regulatory compliance programs, as well as assisting in the improvement of existing programs. We design gap analysis, adequacy of controls, training and self-assessment programs to assure our client’s senior management, end-users and regulatory bodies that the company’s operations are executed in compliance with the appropriate regulatory regimes. Our process identifies gaps in existing compliance programs, develops mitigation measures and corrective actions plans, recommends best practices, and provides supporting compliance training across our customer’s organizations.

Providing non-accredited, customer-defined, assurance assessments:  Mosaic Solutions, working with our strategic partner MSS Global, can provide assurance of your operations or your supply chain against customer-defined regulatory, contractual and ethical commitments or other specified requirements.

Additionally, Mosaic Solutions, working with our strategic partner MSS Global, can provide 2rd party due diligence and assurance services to achieve compliance with the US Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements associated with FAR 52.222-50 (Combatting Trafficking in Persons), to include new the requirement for prime contractors to certify compliance of their supply chain

Compliance Hotline hosting and management:  Mosaic Solutions will provide third party hosting of your compliance hotline, providing intake and documenting of complaints and feeding the reports to designated customer representatives.  All while maintaining the anonymity to individuals making report. 

Investigation Support:  Mosaic Solutions can provide qualified personnel to assist organizations in the conduct of internal investigations in support of compliance and governance programs.
